I hold a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Physics (Structural Biology/Biophysics), with a focus on macromolecular cryo-crystallography. Following my doctoral research, I developed expertise in small-molecule drug discovery using X-ray diffraction techniques combined with in-silico approaches, including machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Since 2019, my research interests have evolved toward understanding macromolecular structural dynamics, using time-resolved serial femtosecond crystallography. My work focuses on investigating these dynamics using a combination of classical crystallographic methods and advanced technologies such as X-ray free-electron lasers, alongside machine learning/AI and high-performance computing. A major component of my research involves advanced data analysis of time-resolved experiments.
